No. Our quotations are transparent — for example, we don’t charge extra for internal colour PVC or soft-closing casement doors.

You only pay more if you decide to add work and agree to a variation order.

All completed projects come with a 3-year warranty. It does not cover glass, mirrors, or normal wear and tear.

Yes. Our in-house carpentry team builds your cabinets and built-ins, with a wide selection of laminates, tabletops and accessories from established partners.

It depends on the size of your home and the scope of work. We’ll give you a schedule with your quotation, and keep you updated with photos as the work progresses — so you don’t need to be on site.

Some works in HDB flats need HDB’s approval before they start. As an HDB-licensed renovation contractor, we check what your works require and take care of the application for you.

It helps to have your floor plan, a rough budget, your key collection or move-in date, and a few photos of styles you like. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet — we can work it out together.
